Used And Refurbished SLR Digital Cameras On Ebay

I'm in the mood to buy a refurbished SLR digital camera.  I've been using my compact camera for a few years now and it is seriously outdated.  Even the cheapest used slr digital camera will beat my old beast.  It's 3 megapixels, the battery runs out after about 40 pictures, each picture takes about 30 seconds to take and save.  In the mean time my photography skills have changed from "snapshot taker" to amateur photographer.  So my camera just won't do.

There are tons of DSLR cameras to look at, new and refurbished all over the web.  The problem I've run into however is that although a website might look reputable, it really takes a phone call and a bit of online detective research to see if it is.  I'll go into more detail in another post but just let me say that if the website you order something from calls you back and tries to sell you something else... don't do it.
